Help me ID this, guys.

I used to have a figure roughly similar to pic related. From what I remember of the box it was part of a line of three figures, all with lights and sounds. The other two were a green one that looked kind of like a female though it might have just been more streamlined, and a red one that was similar to Sharivan and Draft Redder but more busy/industrial.
I know I'm using a B-Fighter figure as a base but that's just for reference. As far as I know there is nothing like this design on any official metal hero line.

Also, it might help, they were sold during '96-'97.
