It's about 90mins out, but the Mojave area outside of Laughlin has 2 Walmarts and a Walgreens that I've had good luck at...no scalpers in the middle of buttfuck nowhere apparently.

Not recent but I have the four main Ghostbusters, Diana, and Louis. Makes me wish they would get a back to the future license so I can finally get a 6" Marty and Doc figure. Also, a 1/12 scale ecto one would be fucking great.
