Off the top of my head:
- The annoying love triangle between her, Donnie and Casey
- The constant flip-flopping between whether she was plot relevant or not
- Turning her into Jean Grey in the last two seasons
-CGI budget restrictions in general making the choice to make her a teenager arbitrary, as she was rarely at school or had any interactions with anyone besides the Turtles
- The one non-Turtle, completely normal friend she had wasn't normal at all.
