The Figma Pyramid Head and Bubble Head Nurse are pretty good bets. The SIC line has some pretty monstrous looking Kamen Riders too, although the joints on the older ones tend to be pretty naff.

I don't know how poseable they are (I think it's limited.) but theres that old Gargoyle line from the late 90s. They're pretty cool looking at least. Not the cartoon like real monsters.
