>>6886336>>6886358Do you not go to /co/? Batman 89 is well disliked and has been disliked almost everywhere I've been on the internet since 1995.
See the Batman Vs Superman shitstorms on why the current Batman is hated too, for the same reason as well: Batman kills.
This has been the argument since as far as I can remember, except when 89 Batman came out in my grade school. I liked it way back when and it's what started me reading his comics, and from there i could understand why Burton's Batman isn't well liked.
Almost all like for the series is mostly because of nostalgia. In any serious discussions, the dislikes outnumber likes by a gross margin.
Still, see how there's barely any discussion about Nicholson's Joker everywhere. Vs Ledger's, Hamil, and even Romero.
>>6886379>Ledgers is hated for how few figures are made. He's still made a decade later. Romero's made decades later.
People still talk about them.
Just like Terrence's Zod.
Doing a poll like the one linked earlier is basically like asking which animated movies Oscar Voters think is the best, because it mostly comes down to which one they've actually watched, and do note that it's completely limited to just movies.
They don't exist except when asked and that's hardly what one would consider popular.
