Oh fuck you, you cheap fuck. If $15 of what I paid is meant for postage you can afford it. "Free" shouldn't automatically equal "cheapest possible". There is no such thing as "free" shipping, it's an eBay sales gimmick.
Similarly, if what I bought is still light enough to go first class, you can refund me some of that money meant for postage. Pocketing it makes you an asshole.
eBay's system is fucked in that regard. Free shipping items can't be combined shipped, it won't allow a discounted amount or an invoice request. If a seller wants immediate payment you can't request a combined total even if shipping charges are separate. Sellers are maybe 50% likely to refund you anything in these cases.
