>>6901723Mastermind Creations. They have two different lines that are currently active (Reformatted which is their IDW line and Ocular Max which is their MP-alike line). Most of their good stuff is from their Reformatted line, their MP-alikes tend to be hit or miss.
When they first started up they did a small line that used designs from Hearts of Steel but those are of mixed quality by today's standards.
Plastic quality is pretty good across most 3P companies, unless the company is Keith's Fantasy Club. Never buy a KFC toy without checking reviews.
The two in the highest regard are FansToys and Maketoys for Masterpiece scale. For CHUG scale, Maketoys does some things like their excellent Cross Dimension line but MMC has the corner on that market with their IDW inspired line.
