For the Gold Saint characters, it's not really an issue as they're actually adults. Their heads aren't any bigger than a Kinnikuman Figuarts' head for example, just that they're more or less proportioned like a basketball player. But prettier.
For the Bronze Saints (the protags of the show), I can see the height difference being more jarring as they're somehow young teenagers.
