A lot of import figures just don't get second chances and the prices never make it back down. That said, I'm not familiar with these figures and after checking on Mandarake, they have been listed there for like 4000 yen
But there's no way to tell if the listings were recent or from years ago
It's honestly something you're gonna have to figure out by yourself and decide if you'd be satisfied with getting it at this price and used
