Did they really need to fill the new wave with a barely different vanilla X?
I assume it's so someone can just grab that wave and the ride armors, but it seems punishing to people who have the original wave. Should have been first armor.

You can't buy Vile on his own at this time, you need to buy the whole box. Like someone said earlier, you might be able to buy him from Hot Topic later for an inflated price, that is if they decide to continue ordering 66 Action. They're really small, like 2" tall maybe. QC is as good as one could hope for from a 2" tall candy toy, which is to say decent enough.
