If you can find them, and I have no idea how much the aftermarket is, the Mezco South Park figures were stellar. They managed to get a ton of characters out there, variants of Cartman, etc.

The eyebrows on Cartman were articulated, too.

The original releases had tons of accessories too. And their arms were really clever attachments to match the show's style.

His "whore mom" was only produced by Mirage toys and is about $20+ sealed last time I checked. She only has head swivel articulation, but at least she comes with Powered Donut Pancake Surprise.

It’s weird to say since the style is so simple, but I feel like there’s been an aesthetic shift in the show and that particular cartman resembles the earlier seasons look more than the latest ones.
