Buying the whole set is a good idea if you want to get the Build a Figure and want to keep at least half the wave. If you don't want any of the figures, or just like, one of them, maybe just shell out the cash for Apocalypse on eBay later.
Forget Rogue and Colossus, the one that's really gonna be a bitch is Cyclops. His price is riding high and doesn't seem like it'll come down anytime soon. Still, it could happen. Just bide your time, watch eBay, you should still be able to assemble a 90s TAS team with a little luck.
