iirc, Yuko Yamaguchi was wearing a piece from and was shopping at Emily Temple Cute, a proto-lolita fashion brand (or as Western lolitas call it, "otome-kei"). If anything, she's an aging lolita. Gyaru looks like pic related, for example.
I have mixed feelings about her. I admire her for her work and that she doesn't really give a fuck about other people's opinions on how she dresses, but at the same time, ouch. Not looking forward to getting older.
But yeah, I agree with the story progression getting boring. I really loved getting insight from hardcore collectors and fans.
I feel like this show is better off as a youtube series than making profit via Netflix because of the kind of humor and editing involved.
