What are some cases in which /toy/ companies made terrible decisions and bets on the wrong horse?
For example, Marvel was expecting to get some of that Harley Quinn money with Gwenpool and filled a lot of stories and comic book shops with Gwenpool Funko Pops that basically nobody wants and collected dust for like 2 months before being removed.
This is a result of people being pissed at Marvel for not allowing X-men books to be made and also not allowing even half the amount of X-men toys that people demand to be made either.
