Problem is that for every good wave, there is an equally shitty movie wave that has like one-two figures worth a damn.
Plus a lot of the comic only waves tend to be Toys R Us/Walgreens exclusives, making it harder to find them at retail unless you just buy them online.
Also, their choice of licenses sucks some times. Where is Supernatural or The Shield or The Wire or something decent like that which doesn't have any proper figures to begin with? Or them fucking up with only doing about four waves of DC figures, the bulk of which were F-List characters or alternate earth versions of Superman/Wonder Woman and now the actual versions of them?
Marvel-wise, they are pretty decent in that they have done full roster of teams that STILL don't have 3 3/4th or 6 inch versions (IE full versions of Freedom Force, Australian X-Men, Jim Lee Yellow Suit X-Men, West Coast Avengers, Capullo X-Force). But there are still glaring omissions (no Thunderbolts save for Zemo and Songbird, the later was only released as a fan poll figure; no PAD 90s X-Factor, no Marauders) and teams that are impossible to complete because they were Toys R Us exclusive and go for $30-50 on the secondary market.
