The BD one also has better articulation (arms, neck, head) and feels more sturdy. The main thing you want to consider is if you can deal with the skin flap and the wound. It's not horrible, but it is noticeable. If you want I can take comparison pics.
Also: watch out, the feet of the AP can't move. I tried it on mine as they seemed articulated and promptly broke it off lol
