The Bandai cards have the potential to be rarer and more expensive because they were from an experimental period of the game, before Konami got it and expanded it but a quick search on Japanese sites shows them going as low as 300 yen while others go for 34k
That difference is probably due to the two factors I mentioned first. I'd imagine an Exodia set would be pretty valuable, since the Konami equivalent used to fetch pretty high prices even though, for all intents and purposes, it should technically be much easier to get than the Bandai version
