Kenner Jurassic Park. So many different fantastic dinosaurs with different gimmicks, real feel skin with inner skeletons, chomping jaws, dino damage, bendy necks, movable claws, spitting water, etc. Then they capture gear, figures you could tear limbs off of, figures came with weapons and baby dinosaurs, cars had weapons and restraints and could be ripped apart, and the command center had everything you need to stage a full dinosaur break out. Literally perfect.
