Check your Walmart’s boys and girls! From North VA to south PA everywalmart we’ve stopped at has all but the stormbound Halo blind bag figures for a $1! We saw them at the front checkouts at the bottom shelf, so far it’s been every aisle divisible by 3 strangely. Just snagged a pile of Promethen Soilders, elites and grunts from the warrior wave at a WV Walmart for $13 and some change. So far I’ve just found challenger maverick and Warrior at this price.
No idea if this is a region thing or nation wide or a computer error but I’m sharing just in case

Built the unsc firebase. Opted for a crane instead of the oversized gun turrets. I may buy a 2nd one.
Or would it be better to put the 50 dollars towards say assault on high groind or the infection outpost etc?

I've never played WoW, Halo, Destiny OR CoD, and I own a ton of sets, because they're little well-engineered, hyper-modular action figures. Even if you have no connection to, say, Halo, they're still cool-looking little space marine guys, or CoD being generic military, and so on. Plus, everything's mostly cross-compatible across lines.

At some point soon (I don't know if they're already showing up or not) they're releasing cheap parts packs, which has everyone pretty hyped. There's several of them with different themes/color assortments.

I'm building a dual mode warthog. So far I'm missing 2 pieces. Kinda a bummer, but at least nothing that stopped the build cold, but one of the angled pieces for the side isnt included. Is annoying, but guess Ill have to contact mega.

It's not all bad, new German helmets are great and I like the flamethrower guy, and yes I know you can swap the dogs, just find it kinda funny. I will pick it up if it actually appears in my area, the last CoD 16-packs didn't.

Probably a little too big, but gotta love how they were included with Chinese Nazi legos. BrickWarriors and BrickArms both have adequate Schmeissers (v.2 for the latter) but it's still something I'd hope MC addresses at some point. The base kits could cost around the same as the CoD heroes packs which woudl be a drop in the bucket for anyone who played RPGs so that I would guess about 4 units at the least per gamer.

We have a few sets coming out.

Newest halo release is the forgehog. Then we have the frost raven, heroes series 8, suppose to get another drop pod or two, the set with sgt johnson and the power armor, and the unsc infinity.

CoD we have a few releases, the ww2 stuff sen in this thread, the big cargo truck, 3 or 4 figs with care packages, that hazmat cargo container, and another wave of cod heroes.

The problem is retailers dont have the budget for big toy stock all year, some things sell great, others languish on shelves forever. Look at the heroes line. Cant find a xenomorph or marine or heman, but always a few picards and spocks hanging around.

We also have the pro-builders train and helicopter coming out and the monster eggs things, a motu set, motu multipack and 2 confirmed Destiny sets. Anf a WW2 CoD container.

My comment was more that mega is not done at all, there has always been bad marketing, bad distribution and understocking. Mega may go under due to TRU closing, but everything else seems like business as usual.

Agree, a bit bigger than MH... The Despicable Me line makes bigger figs and would scale better with the existing pokemon... but not much selection on figs.
The giant lady is mostly Bootlego, w/constraction & custom modified head. Pokeballs seem the right fit in the hands, but many pokemon seem too small to scale with her.

My targets all have the same things. An oni strike team, the fireteam castle, a handful of arctic warthog ctf sets, and 2 destiny sparrows. Occasionally they put out a box of stormbound or halo heroes. NO cod at all.

my walmarts arent much better, a few st figs from the heroes line, a grunt mech, a woodland mongoose, banished banshee. Some may have cyclopses, some may have drop pods. The only cod they have is ww2 sets, typically the winter one, maybe the jeep set.

The cod gets snapped up, but in the heroes the guy with the bow always clogs the shelf. The urban set gets snapped up asap.

Ross has been getting stuff that never showed up at walmart, target or even the tru that was close to my house.

The price for the Inventions "booster" sets and single color "building" sets with piece counts less than 100 is $4.99 according to the Mega website. I don't know why Amazon has them priced so high unless they're the exclusive retailer. Let's hope they show up at a brick-and-mortar soon.

I don't think it took that long for them to get back with me when I needed help, I emailed them though. Had a problem with the ball joints for one of the Foot Clan guys where it was too small and the leg wouldn't connect at all. All I wanted was a replacement piece, but they gave me a whole new figure instead. A little overkill, but whatever lol.

Didn't the Security figure come after 343 took over Halo? They should own the rights to the Halo 3 Security armor as-is anyway, they just can't put the Marathon symbol on anything new that they make AFAIK.

Never liked Security armor much myself so I was surprised to see that it came in very few sets, didn't notice despite my not inconsiderable collection. It's confined to three in 2013 (Last Man Standing Zombie pack (blue), Brute Battle Unit (green) and blindbags Series 7 (black)) and one in 2014 (blindbags series 9 (orange-yellow)). My guess is MB had a long-term contract with figs and sets planned years in advance (the handover was completed by march 2012), the fact that they didn't make any more after those four seems to favor the licensing conflict but who knows. Maybe they just got carried away trying to make each and every new armor from H4-on. One glimmer of hope for you is that they didn't make Rogue at all until very recently, so perhaps it'll come up in a near future wave.

My bad, the Series 7 was actually silver. There is one more Security, in black, came in the Ultimate Combat Pack (2013), the first 16-fig set they did I think. It's missing from the official site for some reason.
