>>7026056Devastator depends. You want legit, or knockoffs? Bear in mind Transformers is one of the few franchises where the knockoff market is as big as the legit one, with many knockoffs being superior.
Best legit is the Combiner Wars Titan Class one, which is out of production and will run $350+. It was like $150 new, so you can see why it’ll only go up.
Best knockoff? Probably the Hercules Combiner, which on AliExpress runs like $40. Legit Devastator is MASSIVE, being about 2 Combiners tall, while Hercules is just about equal height to a regular Combiner.
All other Devastators are basically just G1 remakes, or G2 which is the G1 figure recolored to be real life accurate construction vehicle yellow instead of the odd green color.
For Megatron? Depends if you want an insanely expensive figure with multiple faces and hands and shit who turns into a gun, or the one that turns into a tank. Only G1 Megatron turns into a gun, G2 onwards he is a tank.
Knockoff of the Masterpiece one is like $80, MUCH more for a legit version. Best tank Megatron is the Combiner Wars Leader Class version, which is $50 for a legit one. Haven’t seen a silver knockoff of him, just a camp green one for $20.
My advice is Hercules for Devastator, CW Leader for Megatron. Together spending about $100 or so.
