Yes, it is possible.

however you might have to do a little modification to make the head fit with the neck joint.

You can also use Figma Archetype as an option, pic related is SHF Sailor Moon's head with Archetype Next She body.

I actually just want to play pretty princes dress up and that's hard to do if the dollie isn't nude lol. Changing heads between bodies with different outfits is another option.

Not all of it, some of the SHF Pretty Cures just didn't work with Body Chan or Archetypes, it can be done, but the proportions just plain weird.

More like rebuild the entire neck joint.

Bodychan's head is not removeable by default. The neck joint is nothing like any normal SHF neck.

Bodychan's articulation sucks hard anyway.
