Scorponok has lots of curves, thighs nearly as thick as his shins, different feet and a very different city mode and extremely different mobile form (scorpion)
I'll admit that if they go back to the metroplex mold they might be able to remold the shins but the chest would need complete re engineering, the arms need replacing, adding the tail would add considerable weight which makes it less likely they'll stick with it. Scorponok needs to be a bit smaller than ft max so the extra plastic weight can go to the tail.
Seriously, has hasbro EVER done a phoned in titan remold like you're suggesting, aside from maybe a sdcc exclusive?
