So yeah. Very good end result, they don't feel TOO fragile, but they need a whole lot of sanding and prep work. I'm happy with the end result but I probably wouldn't do it again.

That's why I added she's classic enough. She's a Goblin; no matter the type or flavor, the Goblin is a classic Spidey villain motif.

And I picked Red Goblin for the reason above, allowing Hasbro to get a Goblin & Symbiote in at the same time, with a much needed Norman Osborn head. Plus, they've done newer characters/designs before to pad out a wave. Wouldn't be surprised if he does show up sooner rather than later.

Not that guy, but considering the extreme lack of luck I've had in getting beard cap online or in person, I doubt avengers 4 cap will be an option either.

And since those "10 year anniversary" toys are apparently limited to US retailers, crossbones version cap isn't an option either.

Proportions on the figuarts looks better with less gapping. Not saying Spidey should be jacked but one of my major complaints about the homecoming figure (from both companies) is he's too thin even for a guy in a formfitting suit.

The biggest problem with the Mafex is the release time. Sure, it's the best looking Iron Spidey coming, but SHF and ML will literally be releasing the Avengers 4 version of the suit by the time it's out and the only reason the SHF doesn't have the metallic look is because it was based on the early concept drawings, so if the A4 version is any kind of updated version of that, it likely won't have the same problem.

Rektangular made a video a few days ago confirming a second black panther wave. He couldn’t reveal any of the figures in order to protect his source but he did say it was a wave of six and a BAF our of the following characters:

Considering he has such a sudden fan following, MCU M'Baku will probably be the BAF.

Either that, or they'll do an Mantis/Okoye 2.0 and make the other popular characer Shuri the BAF so you need to buy seven figures (only three of which you'll ever see in store) for the one you want.

Why do people always assume the BAF is going to be big and not a cash grab? It's black panther wave 2. There's going to be a lot of unrelated shit in there.

Reminder that Black panther wave 1 was black panther, evil black panther, nakia, namor, iron man, black bolt, and black panther's bodyguard as a recoloured nakia baf.

It wasn't meant to be desu. The writers wanted to do spiderman 2099 but the network execs insisted they needed to keep Peter parker. So they had to adapt the futuristic qualities of 2099 and apply them to pete. Honestly there's enough of a distinction between unlimited and batman beyond. Unlimited is fun but it's really cheesy and more 90s, Batman beyond is just full on blade runner dystopia shit and it's way more serious. Give it a watch though, it's only 13 episodes and they're really fun. Green goblin is a superhero, carnage and venom fuse into toxin, a lot of crazy shit.

I'm half convinced that the "designers" at mezco think everyone loves their shit, even though the community is filled with people talking about how to remove the tacticool line bullshit they slap on a lot of designs for no reason and modding shit to look halfway decent.

All the favorite designs are always shit that is closer to the source.

Honestly I'm glad. I ended up really enjoying the movie, and I liked the designs of a lot of characters, enough that I'd get them as figures. Only one that's blatantly missing is M'Baku.
