How will this affect the future toy lines?
Are you excited that G.I.Joe will return in 2020?
Micronauts already has a cartoon coming in 2019 and a movie in 2020. Hopes? Other toy lines you would like to see a movie based on? There is already news of a new Transformers live action film.
Bumblebee might be the reboot set in this universe.

Transformers reboot will be out around 2021 or 2022. It's a full reboot. Outside of the same alt modes we're getting in the Bumblebee movie, it's not connected.

Jem was such a financial failure in theaters that, despite Hasbro's pro-SJW leanings, it got pulled and they won't even make the sequel Gondler wanted nor try a reboot because this shit sells worse than an ice maker to eskimos.
