These contain a set of acrylic boards that slide together (no glue required, they're held together with pegs) and stickers for the walls and floor. They also sell the boards, wall stickers, and floor stickers separately so you can mix and match floor/wall textures or just paint on your own backgrounds.

Pic is an example of one being after being populated with stuff from the previous thread

I built the Micro Armory 1/12 FN P90.
It’s a fiddly build with small and fragile pieces. I haven’t got any Little Armory guns yet so I don’t know how it compares to those or if it’s a knockoff if one. Price wise it isn’t cheaper than LA.

MiWorld fits figma pretty well. Most common one I've seen is the bakery and the DQ sets. They do come with foods, but those don't scale so well with figma.

If you have your own furniture, >7063442 pointed out some dioramas that are up for pre-order on Amiami so you can set up the rooms to your own liking.

If you have a Target nearby, there's also these Glamper sets they have in the doll section. Haven't purchased one myself yet, but they do look like they scale decently for 1/12 figures.

It also comes in a blue exterior, though the internals seem the same.
It overall scales well with true 1/12 but might work better with slightly bigger figures like ML or any of Koto's mechamusume lines.

This is one of the sellers, but they're split amongst multiple (many of which also sell other random crap) so there's no one specific store you can go to, you just have to search.

Oh and it may look really suspicious but I've bought from several of them on Amazon Japan and haven't had any problems. Sometimes they take longer to arrive because it seems they ship direct from China, but the stuff is of generally decent quality and is way cheaper than any alternatives.

The Hakoniwagiken diorama rooms. Check how much shipping is for them before buying, they are just three pieces of wood or cardboard and pretty cheap but shipping can get insanely expensive. I canceled mine because they doubled the cost of my last AmiAmi order.

I think it's a one way mirror on the outside and another mirror on the inside. If it's too bright outside it just becomes a regular mirror hence the need for the torches.

Can anyone recommend me some Halloween themed accessories or dioramas in 1/16 to 1/12 scale? I recently buy a few of Pose Skeletons but now I was looking for Jack-o'-lanterns, graves and other stuff.

Picked up some random gacha stuff.

The gacha machine is pretty cool, almost no assembly required (just stickers and the capsules), plus you can actually turn the handle, get the clicking noise, and have the capsules come out below. The display inside isn't a sticker, just a slip of paper, so you can print out your own stuff for it too.

It's not that hard on a rudimentary level--just touching the two terminals on an LED to the top and bottom of a battery will light it. Once you understand that, it's pretty simple to extend that connection with wires as needed by your project. Heck, you don't necessarily even need to solder anything, you can just twist the wires and tape them down.

Like others have already said, I've been following this guy for a while and never seen him beg or shill. He sells small dioramas and props and they always seem to sell fast so he doesn't seem like he needs to beg for business.

The only thing I don't like is when he filters pics with that blurry smoothing filter, it looks bad and just takes away from his work.

Obitsu's effect parts are generally similar in quality but way cheaper (like 1/4 the price) and if you want cheaper than that, Dragonhorse does papercraft rocks and rubble I believe.

Pretty much just get the dimensions of the thing you're wanting to print and divide it by 12. 1/12 scale also get's called one inch scale because it's one inch to each foot. Hope that helps dude.

I've heard arguments back and forth on whether this was made for collectors who won't use the pools for real water (even though most would prefer more details and interaction for that kind of money than just 3 pieces of furniture along with flat walls that have no opening doors), or for kids to just easily rough up when the house is pricey and made poorly for a quick profit.

It's a shame because I dig the vintage patterns but you can make $15 mini kits look just as cute with the right printing details.

I think you only make one half and fill that with hot glue to get a one sided mold with a flat back. You could try to make 2 halves like you would a normal mold but not sure how well the material would work for that.

This would actually work a lot better with both ends of the car being detailed in. That way, you're looking through the windows on the side and seeing a normal interior, but when you look at the doors and their "windows" you see the next car back, more or less.

No problem.
You can get some detail carving blue or pink insulation foam, but regular white polystyrene doesn't carve all that well. Whatever you choose, add some water to PVA glue to water it down a bit and brush on a layer to give it more strength before painting. (the more layers of glue, the stronger, but also less detail.) Use wood PVA glue if you can find it.

I went in on the Instaprint Kickstarter. $15 for like 4 themed sets of panels. I printed some of them off. Not amazing, but pretty quick and easy. This is 6 panels, each a full sheet of paper plus a sheet of seam pieces to hold things together.

They don't really have instructions and you can interchange the parts around. Like the walls I used were from the "Hallway" and the base from the Alley.
