>>7076532>lame alts compromised the main event robot modeHonestly, I feel like the reverse is true. All of the work went into the bot mode and it left little room for what to do with an alt. Still, you're not wrong about the lame alt modes. The fact that we hadn't even seen Megatron's alt mode in the comic didn't help. I actually haven't even read past the first season of MTMTE, have they finally shown what it's supposed to be yet?
>weak articulationI wouldn't call him super poseable but I wouldn't say his articulation is weak either. He does just about everything I need him too. The only real gripe would be his double jointed elbows don't get him much further than 90 degrees.
>overly tight AND loose jointsOnly overly tight bit on mine is the legs sliders but the rest is fine. QC is a thing though so I can't really argue since mileage may vary. It's a bummer that you got a crappy one.
>and weird hollowness/weight distributionYeah, I kinda agree there. I think it's a perception thing. He LOOKS like he'd be dense as fuck and all of the silver almost gives the impression that you're gonna find some di-cast in there somewhere but then you pick him up and find that's not the case, so it almost feels kinda disappointingly light. In reality though, he's not much different in weight/density to MMC's Roadbuster/Strika mold, yet it doesn't feel odd because it doesn't give quite the same appearance of heft. Still, the weight distribution never seems to affect posing so it's only a minor gripe to me.
>>7077143>Have you taken a good look at it?Nigga, I own it
>It's reeking with sark shittinessNah, that would be their Whirl/Obsidian, their (still as of yet to be physically shown) Grimlock, and their Lockdown/Cyclonus/Death's Head. Megatron is pretty restrained as far as Sark's usual designs go.
>skinny fuck hips and lanky forearmsThey're proportionally just about the same as the Flame Toys figure. The hips only look skinnier because the calves are thicker.
