sorry for massive reply
Oh yeah i remember the fake COD figures were showing up, interesting to hear its had some other things show up on there too, but $24 for a single sparrow, thats crazy, is it at least with the figure?
I got 2 of the sparrow sets and 2 of the armory sets of destiny off amazon for about $10-12 each before last christmas, used the spare armour from armory on a couple COD bodies to get an extra 2 guardians so i have 6 now, but i need more titans im swarmed with warlocks
My collection of halo is pretty big, i went pretty overboard on it for a couple years. Solid 100+ spartans, 100+ elites, 30+ prometheans, 30ish flood, 10 or so hunters and assorted jackals/grunts. A bunch of vehicles (pelican, broadsword, cyclops, warthogs, ghosts, banshees, wolverine) plus stuff like drop pods and a battlescape.
only the destiny sets i said above already.
COD i have like 5-6 troop packs, a jeep, a tank, a scuba team, a small boat and a couple zombies packs plus the dome battleground set.
Also have decent collection of terminator (though regret not buying more), i have 2 of the t-800 troop sets, the time machine with arnie and 3 of the spider tank things (got them for $12 each)
Fortunately this hobby has essentially payed for itself though. On 2 seperate occasions i came across the mammoth set for $100 and bought like 4 each time. I kept one but sold the rest for usually around $275-300, so say $150 profit after fees and shit, close to $1000 profit i guess which pays for all my stuff an i think a little left over.
All that started from one of the very first halo battle packs i got as a christmas gift. It had 2 elites with beam rifles, a flame marine and two plain spartans with fuckhueg weapons they couldnt hold right, but a couple years later when i saw my first blindbags in coles (series 5) i got way into it and got all the above.
Rambling nonsense over. Sorry been ages since i talked about mega bloks and words just kept on flowing.
