They also let you cancel your preorders no questions, so I've placed preorders then eventually found the items cheaper elsewhere and canceled the preorder.
Recently I bought a Hot Toys Sandtrooper from them, the price was good because it was listed as in "Substandard Condition" or worse even, they said the box could have pretty significant damage, but I'm an open box kind of guy so didn't care.
When the package arrived there was actually zero damage to the actual display box and maybe some super minor damage to the brown shipping box.
I don't know if they sent me the wrong one maybe, but I paid for a busted ass Hot Toys and got a mint one.
