Megablox used to give out free minifigures. Same with Diamond. Hasbro would give out samplers. McFarlane too.
This year i think only Hasbro gave out those stupid rotating toys.
I skipped out on the after parties this year because work piled up, so i didn't get to see what i missed out on, since those after parties there's usually trades being done for the freebies and just offloading anything they didn't want. I'd gotten sweet deals before like tshirts and nice keychains just for free.
Last year i got these awesome minifigures of Jamie Lannister and Robb Stark for the recently released A Song of Ice and Fire game.
OVerall, I missed out on so much shit. I spent too much time hunting for things people wanted me to get and I completely forgot to go back to certain booths to buy some more artbooks and eurotrash/japanese comics.
Seeing all this shit laid out makes me sad, because it looks small and pitiful.
