Oversaturation, bland designs overall, cheap hollow plastic that shatters the minute it drops more than 3 feet...that's pretty much it. Granted, there are a couple that I enjoy, but most of them look like garbage. They've also destroyed/monopolized the vinyl market for the most part. Or at least. They did until very recently

I got a tub of "Legos" (a lot of Lego compatible parts along with actual Lego) from a flea market thanks to my girlfriend's mom. I have more Lego than I need as it is and I worry she'll buy more. She's also one of those people who gets offended real easily, so I just have to keep my mouth shut. Haven't even told my girlfriend, though she knows how I feel about how overwhelming my collection is getting.

I think Funko Pops are okay. I commend Funko for the low price and huge range of characters from the new and popular to the old and obscure which is great. However the quality and paint jobs are very hit and miss, I’m not a big fan of their aesthetic and seeing wall after wall of them in stores where they don’t even belong is bothersome. Also fans who have millions of them piled up in their boxes as an investment is odd to me, they are cheap and mass produced, they will not be worth anything. Beanie Babies all over again.
