4 inch articulated anime figures

Hey, this is an odd request
but does anyone know where to find some 1/18 scale articulated anime figures?
I know there's 4 inch nel and the microman series
does anyone have dd panoramation? is it good?
or the dragonball shodo/kamen rider shodo ones?

I got a couple Appleseed figures in that scale, each by a different company. The Yujin one is kinda crap while the Yamato one (pic related) fares much better.
Also have Shodo Ultraman and Baltan, other than a lack of paint I'd say they're pretty good desk toys

And they're not 1:18. They're larger, like 1:16.

DD Panoramation aren't too bad but they are pricey before discount if you don't consider the diorama sets they come with. They use modular joints like Figma.

DBZ Shodo is a smaller scale. KR Shodo is popular in the 1/18 general and Toku general threads.

The grand daddy of 1/18 anime figures are Microman. They are kinda fragile though. They did figures of GGG(the humans), Lupin the 3rd, Street Fighter and VOTOMs (that came with 1/18 scopedogs...) In more recent times, they've done Kantai Collection and Love Live! under their Microman-Arts line.

The majority of the Kamen Rider Shodo figures are fucking excellent. Remember that it is just a cheap candy toy line, so the painting and sculpting isn't going to be SHF-quality, but personally I think you get a ton of bang for your buck. They look quite good to me, and the articulation is great. They have pretty much all the joints you would reasonably want from a super articulated figure, and even though they only have single jointed elbows and knees, they get a lot of range out of them. Plus, I think the joints just feel nice, I end up messing with these a lot more often than my SHFs.

Try a few, you haven't got much to lose since they're like $5 each.

I got the KR shodos. Some of the hands fall off easily and the sentai similar shodo ones are way worse in quality. Do not suggest

Definitely recommend the shodo line if you want some cheap KR and Villains. Though it's best to check out places like Mandarake for the older ones or buy the set when it comes out. I hear the Ultraman shodos are pretty good too.

Are you sure you're talking about Shodo not SoDo and YuDo? The latter two are the more cheaply-made, gimmicky ones. Different kanji, different lines.

Yeah, those mini Evas are REALLY old. Like back in the early days of the Revo line old. I kind of regret not picking some up, they shelfwarmed for a while at my local shop.
