I have this Medicos Jojo figure and I can't seem to find where this leg piece went missing.

I can't seem to find an email or anything for support? What are my options ? ;-;

Since the SAS thread is 404 I’ll answer here. Medicos doesn’t really have good support. You could try to email them but it’ll likely need to be in Japanese because they don’t really respond to English emails, either by choice or they don’t understand. Only option really would be finding someone with the figure willing to part with the piece (unlikely) or buying a new figure

He comes with two leg pieces, one with an open pocket and one without. Just put the other one on. And for the love of god clean the dust off of that figure, it's disgusting
