>>7146721Stripping paint is probably gonna be a lot more effort than it's worth. Most people just prime over painted toys, the only real reason to strip is if the existing paint job is thick/gunky. If you insist on stripping though, don't use bleach. Try soaking in Purple Power or Simple Green first, then scrubbing gently with a soft brush. If that doesn't do it, brake fluid will strip paint like a motherfucker, but make sure to wear a proper mask and good gloves, that shit is real bad for you.
Prime, paint, then topcoat. Be aware that your paintjob will likely scratch pretty easily even with that topcoat on there, so try to keep crazy posing to a minimum, especially in areas where the plastic rubs against itself (shoulder sockets, ab crunches, and hip joints are common problem areas).
