The PotP line has shown us that the Matrix of Leadership is a metal football frame holding a jeweled item, which is a) almost exactly the same thing as the Enigmas included with PotP combiners, and b) the same size and dimensions as any of the Primes or Titan Masters in head-mode.
Furthermore, the metal football frame can hold any of the Enigmas, Primes, or Headmasters for that matter.
ALSO, if you count a) the 8 Primes sold with Pretender armor, b) the 4 Primes sold with Optimal Optimus + Throne, and c) the 1 Prime sold with Predaking, that’s already 13 Primes.
So, is the Matrix-wielder the 13th Prime or not? Are there actually 14 Primes? Is the matrix just the jeweled piece, or do you need the football frame in order to be the 13th Prime? Does putting one of the other Primes in the football frame make Optimus THAT Prime instead? Can you wear the jewel as your head and be the Prime? Can one of the other Primes be the head for a Titan Master body and also wield the Matrix? Would doing that make them both the “X of 12” AND the 13th Prime?
