The only way to interpret the rules is to look at them and read them .
>1 Toys, toys, toys!
Toys go here. Army men, nerf rubber balls, etc. Anything classified as a toy. Period. No qualifiers, no secret hidden sub text, just "Toys go here!".
>2 Absolutely no Japanese figurines. Action figures are permitted.
Japanese figurines. is it advertised/classified/sold as a figurine? (And don't play stupid, you know what a figurine is) then it doesn't belong here, it belongs on /jp/. Joints, movement etc are irrelevant. If it's sold as a figuris, it's not allowed Is it a Figma, Revoltech, Figuarts or anything else that is advertised/ classified as an action figure? Then it's permitted.
>3 No "hot glue" fetish images
Pretty straight forward. It didn't evolve out of rule 2. People hot glue a lot of things; figurines, action figures, plushies, lego, etc. ANY type of hot glue images are not allowed.
These rules were in place from the very beginning of this board, and were explained ad-nauseam. Why you fuckers insist on trying to find a loophole, or look for an exception is beyond me. They are perfectly laid out, and can be understood right away. There's no room for arguments.
You may not like the rules, but tough shit. There they are. You want them changed? Try emailing the Mods and Admin, and see if they change their minds.
