eBay's watch feature is a shit joke.

I use it only on expensive items I have to consider, and I make a decision within 24 hours to buy or ignore. I don't expect an item to magically be there in a week or so.

Yet I will list stuff for $12 shipped, cheaper than the other listings of the same item by $4 or more, and cheap assholes watch it in droves yet won't buy it. If you're so poor you can't snag it right away, then get the fuck off eBay. If you're one of those "I watch it to track market value" prick shits, you're just getting sellers' hopes up and you can fuck off.

I've started massively upping prices when an item gets several watchers. Someone will always message me asking why the price shot up and I block them form buying without a reply. If they wanted it they would have bought it, not thought about it for a week.

Yeah, sure, 5 potential customers who demand 50% off eBay sale prices, fuck em. The amount of shit I see relisted in every thread is discouraging. I swear that same RAH Link has been there for a year. No one is ever buying that thing here.
