I put together a rough idea for a Masters of Evil wave with a BAF Goliath. It doesn’t complete the MoE but it brings us leaps and bounds closer.

Got Tigerstripe Wolverine yesterday I'm in love with this figure. I can't believe all themoney I've spend between Mezco, Revo, vintage wave, toy biz and came up unsatisfied but this one is truly my favorite one out of the bunch. I'm starting to regret being such an import snob and passing on Legends for years.
Despite that, though, I still hesitated and didn't get Sabertooth today at gamestop.

I still prefer the toybiz Sabretooth. His colors aren't as good and be has kinda stupid finger articulation but sculpt, proportions and articulation are all better. Plus ypu can still find him for cheap.
If you're interested in picking up more modern Hasbro figures, give Cable, Carnage, and the first Deadpool wave Deadpool a shot. All great.

Just got the three pack. Thanos is fucking horrible in the paint department. Many slops, overspray and nicks in the gold application.
I had to wash his teeth to give them some form of definition since all they did was tampo on some pure white paint and called it a day. He’s also oddly loose in places the BAF isn’t.

Okay, the autistic wishlist anon is back. I see a lot of you are waiting on more than a few characters, surprised to see so many repeats of past figures mentioned though. I am mostly holding out hope for the criminally neglected library of characters but I do have a few figures that I want to see redone...like Annihilus and Ronan.

My biggest gripe is the lack of villains, for every 10 variants of Spider-Man or Iron Man we get one villain. I made a “Bring on the Bad Guys” wave with BAF classic Titanium Man

In terms of accessories sure but the bucky cap mold is starting to show its age. Sasquatch Deadpool may not have the paint detailing and he may not come with nearly as much stuff but he's simplicity perfected. That Sunfire body mold articulates so goddamn smoothly.
Plus fuck the Marvel Now Deadpool, he's insufferable in the comics. As much as I like the design I hate that version of the character.

I remember a lot of people at the time the Rhino wave was new doing swaps of the old toybiz kraven's head because he had a more savage facial expression. The normal head for the Rhino wave one is entirely neutral and looks more like tony stark if he forgot to manscape.

Most of the body was reused from a previous figure, and used again for Cap in a Target three pack. There was lots of new tooling though, and only the tentacles have really popped up since then. I will say he has about as much unique tooling as, say, the recent Human Torch, so it is a little unusual, but I’m sure they just wanted a sure fire hit since it was the first Walgreens exclusive

Snagged a Mr. Fantastic ar the local Walgreens for an anon who emailed me and then decided to look at another nearby in the Hope's of getting some of the older X-Men figures (Rogue mostly), but found a random $16.99 Sandman wave Green Goblin among thirty odd yellow Daredevils and Medusas.

I bought that thing of 10 bendy tentacles from ebay, the plugs don't fit in his back so I cut them off, just waiting on my magnets to arrive so I can attach them that way. They look like they will work decently even though they're the movie version tentacles and not the comic ones.

Now that I've fixed his ab crunch issue, he's everything I hoped he would be. Well worth tracking down all those cheap loose pieces after I got Blade. He'd been the only Marvel BAF I'd been excited for until Sauron came along, but sadly I don't really want any of the Sauron wave figures needed to build him except for MAYBE Bishop or Red.

I ended up using a combination of alcohol and magic eraser. I freaked out momentarily because I thought I rubbed off some of the visor's gold paint, but then I realized the paint on the visor is actually just splotchily layered over the yellow plastic.
