on most transformers, the weapon storage feels either tacked on like guns on cars or its absolutely integral for the completion of the alt mode, like Skullsmashers tail.
Blot's feels more like a straight up weapons mount that would actually serve some use in his alt mode.
He is the only alt mode to my knowledge that can actually 'wield' weapons.
