Figma Hotori Arashiyama.

Wouldn't figma be too small for tech decks? I feel like 1:11 or 1:10 scale might suit them better.

Yes, and girl Figmas are smaller than usual for 1/12 figures at that. But I think it's gonna be your only option. 1/10 and 1/11 are really random scales that pretty much nobody will make toys at. The only real popular scales are 1/4, 1/6, 1/12, and 1/18. Everything else is an uncommon outlier.

You could try to track down one of the old Tech Deck Minis and say your maids are using small cruiser boards.
