So I bought a Masterpiece 36 Megatron because it was in a charity auction and the other people only put like $20 or $50. So I walked away with an MP-36 at like a 49ish% price and when I got home I opened and transformed it to gun mode. The scope and stock went on perfectly fine, but I forgot you have to turn the silencer to put it in, so I forced it on, and then just now I tried to take it off to transform him back to Robot mode. I couldn't pull the thing off because it was stuck on there.

I was delicate at first, I tried a slight bit of force. and then I put it under hot water to try and expand the plastic, nothing. So then I took it to Def-con 3, I got some pliers and started gently tugging. I increased the force until I ripper the silence off...with the gun barrel still attached. Now I'm on Def-con 1 and freaking out. What do?

I tried superglue, but the way the barrel snapped off, the glue wouldn't allow the barrel to pivot between positions for robot and gun mode. What the hell do I do guys? Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone think of a way to fix it?
