Although, if you ask an annoying 8-year-old who Starscream is, they'll likely think of the mutated giant Dorito. Ask that same kid who Thundercracker is, and they probably won't have much of an idea, which probably increases Thundercracker's value as a who(?)
I just like the Bayverse/G1 merging that they did in the Cybertron series, and this Blitzwing design would have been a better WFC/FOC Starscream design... if it wasn't for Travis Knight changing his name to "Blitzwing," because "bayverse continuity must be kept."
I might be starting to go on a rant here, but that's not what the fans would want. The little 8 year olds don't give a shit if Megatron came into the film, alive, despite it (((interfering))) with the (((continuity))). G1 fans would love that to happen. To have the Bayverse thrown out the window in favour of a better storyline based on G1. It also gives the 8 year old's better childhoods. (Not that they're bad with Bayformers, but I would much rather a kid grows up with G1 than Bayverse.)
tl;dr: I prefer Starscream colours, 8 year olds know nothing, Travis Knight should just man up and get rid of the Bayverse continuity
