Captain America didn't even wear armor aside from that chain mail for bladed weapons, because it would impede on his movement. Even high speed, low drag special ops forgo heavy armor and just go with plate carriers because they don't want to be impeded.

Again, Mezco's Cable actually follows the themes better. Again, it's more in theme with all his past creations than two recent designs from the comic books... which again, are still within line of all of Cable's designs.
