>>7206308If my Suncoast ever had trigun figures, I would have bought them all. Sadly I never seen any of these in stores.
Not sure if this holds true for all the trigun figures but Gazelle the Peacemaker in particular was apparently a big bridge in between the older kaiyodo figures and Revoltech.
>>7205944Difference is Ushio is more of a typical anime type of story. Even if it's not some super big classic of anime even in Japan, it is still the average expectation for an anime. Trigun meanwhile is so very western in its story that Japanese just don't click with it that well. So the only hope for more trigun outside of that film that took forever to get going, is if adult swim puts funding to it.
Another CN aired anime I think would do wonders with a new show would be outlaw star. I know it branched away from the original manga pretty damn fast, but other then that I have no clue if the manga is actually any good. Friggin hate how Viz Media snatched up the license, proceeded to harrass the scanlators to drop their work after only two chapters then not bother releasing an English release whatsoever. Now no one has bothered attempted to scanlate it again.
Apparently there were plans for a second season too that never got off the ground.
