Best bet is to use a tiny drop of silicone or water based lube, or even a micro dot of soap. That will lube up the pieces ad the hands will slide onto the peg a little better. But NO harsh lubes, like wd40 or anything, as that will eat the plastic. Water-based only like soap, lube for your ona hole or shock oil for RC cars.
