Nope, they are just boring characters without charisma. Also Starwars is boring franchise and only good things in it are villains. Grivus, Vader, even that Vader's minion guy who was played by non-canon Doctor Who dude, dont remember his name cause problems with sleeping. Oh, yeah, Peter Cushing, he is great, and he is even not main villain. Kailo Ren wasn't cool, he was manchild. Villain charisma + retro futuristic vision of universe is great, but other in Star Wars is boring fairy tail fantasy in space, it's even not sci-fi. First six movies can be loved for nostalgia factor, but new ones have no nostalgia factor, so put them in trash and have a nice day. Also all best Mark Hammil's roles are in DC Universe. Vader was cooler than Luke. Deal with it.

Gender roles are important. You can't force children to not have gender roles because biologically there are differences between the two. There will always be things that boys like that girls don't and vice versa. This retarded approach to pander to the extreme minority and try and make everything for everyone has killed star wars. There's always going to be outliers, that is in the very definition of statistics, there will be anomalies on the outskirts of any spectrum. You have to remember that Hasbro has to sell shit that the stores want too. So it's not just marketing/sales screwing shit up, they have to deal with WalMart telling them to make more bumblebees in the Star Wars line because kids love bumblebee

If you want to see what a marketing/sales run company does, go look at DC's dismal DC figures.
