Fanstoys used to have shit face sculpts - look at their early stuff especially perceptor.
Maketoys has always been "decent" with their sculpts, sometimes they characterize them way too much though (like Galaxy Meteor's smirk face).
MMC imo has been getting way too soft with all of their sculpts - they all look like playdough faces to me lately, especially their springer.
As of right now Fanstoys and X-Transbots/KFC have the best face sculpts. XTB/KFC tends to be a bit more iffy in quality whereas fanstoys steps up their face sculpt game every release.
