A new Marshalls store is opening up in my town this weekend. What kind of good, cool toys goodies should I expect to find when I go there this weekend?

Not much really.

Best bet, is that you see some Titans Return figures from the tale end of the line. If you are lucky, maybe some old Marvel Legends (Red Onslaught, Ant Man 1, or Dr Strange waves). And if you are lucky, some old generic small scale Lego brand (and not off-brand crap) sets.

Also, don't expect steep discounts. Marshalls tends to sell toys for only about 20-30% off original retail.

The only good thing about Marshalls was that they got all of the GI Joe overstock sent directly to them in the modern line's glory days (IE ROC through Retaliation).

Nowadays, with GI Joe a dead line, you can't find anything Joe related at Marshalls.

Most of what i find in Marshall's/TJ Maxx lately are novelty toys, literal baby stuff, useless shelfwarmers and vinyl whatevers.
