Space Core !OUuV4AbZrg
>>7228707 They're pretty small. I think smaller than Gi Joe 3.35 scale figures.
They're great but for me personally I hate the stickers and I think it really weighs them down.
I don't expect fully painted shit or even semi painted stuff for what is essentially $3 Candy Toy figures but I expect the stickers to last more than a month.
After a bit of play(posing and taking pics, goofing around) it feels like some stickers just absolutely peel and don't wanna stick.
Some I just used clear nail polish to try to seal them and even one or two I just straight up used Plastic Cement/glue to seal them and that lasted.
That said if you want a small poseable figure of a Rider with interchangeability like the Build Ones swapping them go for it.
Stellar little guys.

A few years ago (and maybe still to this day) there were a number of people that ordered primarily from amiami, using HLJ as their main backup (because you can cancel). If they missed an item at amiami on the firswt round, they would snag it at HLJ. If it opened back up at amiami, they would cancel their HLJ order, opening orders back up on HLJ as a result. If you look at HLJ in the mornings, US time, you will frequently see preorders pop back up, but there will only be a couple available before it's order stop again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zX65iMkKO30 Seriously, they put more quality into the gadget toys than the DX ridewatches. More sounds, much unique gimmicks each, and clever re-applications on nostalgia-based content. I'm getting more interested in these than the ridewatches lately, where the only thing to look forward to is the biography read-outs, that's it.
Anonymous
>>7237546 >Toy costs more >Has more features A corruption of the laws of nature.
It's true, though. RideWatches are some boring-ass toys. It'd have been cool if they made more series specific gadget watches.
Anonymous
Quoted By:
>>7237601 I get that it costs more, but by default gadgets attract less people to buy and collect them compared to the main transforming gimmick toys, so in some sense the price is higher to fill that niche. They don't have to push for more quality for these lesser-selling toys, but they still do anyway and they're already more impressive than ridewatches which are so repetitive and honestly minimalist for an electronic main gimmick.

Finally rounded out my Build cast. Only one left now is Evolt. The only glaring flaws amongst the lot of them are that Charge's forearm armor prohibits his elbow joint range pretty drastically, you can only bend them to about 90 degrees, if even. His left shoulder pad is blocked by the chestpiece which drastically limits his shoulder articulation(which is made worse by the fact that he is supposed to use the Twin Breaker with his left hand, which this limits significantly). And it's tricky-to-impossible to get his head facing left because the chin is blocked by the chestpiece. Grease has literally none of these flaws. Although from what I hear, both of their metallic paints are susceptible to paint rub, especially around the hips. I heard this before getting them though so I've been particularly careful. Rogue's only problem is that his shoulder pads are so big(and don't have a mechanism to pull away from the shoulder like Ex Aid's) that they prohibit his shoulder joint's upwards range, but if you rotate it you can still get them into mostly any pose. As one of the few big fans of Cross Z Charge, I was dissapointed with how he turned out. But Grease and Rogue are among my favorite figuarts so far, they're fantastic in every way.

Anybody know if there's a book for Kamen Rider W or Drive concept art or at least a photo book that contains it? I saw they rereleased the Detail of Heroes when the Futo Detective manga started coming out, but I dont know if that's what those are for. I bought the Ryuki Hybrid File a while back, but that ended up having like two pages of tiny concept reprints crammed together and the other 99% were cast photos and interviews.
