So when HLJ updated their site, did they remove the ability to cancel your orders? Maybe I'm just being dumb/blind, but I don't see the option in my open orders anymore.

Thanks guys. Turns out I was looking in the wrong place, I thought they had combined PW and Open Orders into one category since they both show up there now, and orders cannot be canceled from the PW category.

I gotta say, this is some pretty confusing terminology on HLJ's part since I would never think to go into order history to alter future orders.

I have a not so retarded questions that doesn’t need an entire thread,

Has anyone shipped recently? I’ve shipped in the last 5 days, the items have yet to be shipped, they have been paid for though.

On top of that, I’ve paid for three items in the last week that have completely disappeared from my account. Has this one happened to anyone else?

They need to get their shit together

Shipping can take up to 3 days and that was before the site change over, also perhaps email them about those items if they don't turn up within 3 days, keep paypal statements ready for evidence

That's weird you should contact them. I've been getting things shipped the day of release lately, usually on Friday and I've been receiving it by Monday.

I've had that happen where it took almost a week for it to get shipped out of Japan. Sometimes it only takes a day or two. The item disappearance is strange. Maybe they moved to a different part of the account? If it was a recent payment it may not have processed yet. Once I paid for something and it took about an hour to show up in my account. I'd contact that them to verify just in case. I haven't used HLJ much since their website update, so not sure.
