Prepare for it to take a lot of time to sell off everything.
Use a camera with a good focus, and take pics for multiple angels.
If your putting up a lot of items at once use a template for the description, so it doesn’t take a long time and so you don’t forget what to include: paint issues, articulation issues, general quality control issues, how was the box kept in storage, does the box have shelf wear, has the figure been mostly kept in storage or was it displayed long term (i.e. exposed to light for long), is it a smoking and pet free home, etc.
I never sell internationally - but that’s more because I worry about things getting lost in other countries and I can’t call another countries postage service to find it.
I always send a canned message when someone buys one of my items, just a “thank you very much for your purchase, I will post this item…” type thing straight away - and I send another message after I’ve sent the item and added tracking number and feedback and tell them that I’ve done that. People remember and give good feedback for that.
Make sure you check what your handling time is listed as, I think it defaults to 3 days - set it higher if you don’t think you can have it sent out that quick - eBay uses handling time plus the post code of the personas location to give them an estimate of arrival time.
